Ie. Flexibility training. Commonly paired with the conditioning component in RRR sessions, is time spent improving our range of motion and control of movement through flexibility training. As one of the basic tenets of physical fitness, and used therapeutically, we ensure the delivery of a well rounded fitness program.
With all of our classes, you will continue to burn more calories for hours after your workout. Exercises post oxygen consumption (EPOC) is the body’s natural ability to return to homeostasis after exercise.
RRR routines are programmed in conjunction with FIT as an option to the Fitness Athlete workout for the day.
