What is food to you?

Each new member at Core receives a complimentary nutritional and goal setting appointment. Every person joins for his or her own reasons. We want to hear why you’re here and we want to help you achieve your goals.

Nutrition 101 – Start with the basics. We’ll help you establish a game plan and purpose by finding balance, setting goals and timelines, and utilizing us as a support system. As often as necessary we ‘check in’ to help you stay on track. Let us help educate you so you can feel and enjoy the benefits of living a healthy and fit lifestyle.

We frequently engage members to think about nutrition with group programs and challenges. Members at Core can chose to participate in any of these or work one-on-one with our Health Coach to better set and reach goals. (See Events page)

Don’t make a habit out of what feels good over what’s actually good for you. Bad habits are easier to abandon today than tomorrow! Start with your nutrition, it lays the ground work for everything else in life!
