Principal, Coach

Sean Eaton

A graduate from Westhill High School, Onondaga Community College and SUNY Cortland where he earned a degree in Kinesiology: Fitness Development. Devoted to fitness his entire life, participating in nearly every sport. Sean brings a wide range of fitness concepts to training.

Nic Ruggio
Head Coach

Nic Ruggio

Nic attended Baldwinsville High School before starting at the University at Buffalo, graduating with a bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology in 2011.

Leea Sinay
Coach

Leea Sinay

Leea graduated from Marcellus High School in 2010, and attended Wagner College for one year before transferring to Onondaga Community College in 2011. Sinay earned an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Humanities from Onondaga in 2012, while also earning All-American recognition for her influential season with the 2012 NJCAA National Championship Women’s Lacrosse team.

Bryan Perry
Coach

Bryan Perry

Bryan is a former teammate and classmate of Sean Eaton, graduating from Westhill High School in 2005. He was a multi-sport athlete in high school, serving as captain on both his Varsity Football and Track & Field teams. He played college football at the University of Rochester from 2005-2009. After graduating from college, he worked as a volunteer football coach at Westhill, eventually becoming the Head JV Football Coach in 2012 and certified NYSPHSAA member.

Dr. Dillon Caswell
Coach

Dr. Dillon Caswell

Dr. Dillon Caswell joined the Core Fitness team in 2016. Since joining our team, he has graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University and became our in-house Physical Therapist for the Fitness Athlete. Prior to his Doctoral degree, Dr. Caswell graduated Cum Laude from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Magna Cum Laude from Onondaga Community College with an A.A.S. Physical Therapist Assistant.
