The most important thing when considering a new fitness program is to make sure that the facility that you choose has knowledgeable coaches that guide each athlete through the entire session.

One hour sessions include warmups with intent, strength training, conditioning, gymnastics (body weight exercises), Olympic lifting and power lifting. Our program is broad, general and inclusive, and most of all, the movements can be scaled to meet any level of athlete.

Stepping into a gym for the first time can be a bit intimidating and overwhelming. But so is any new experience. Getting out of our comfort zone is what helps us grow, right? Those butterflies won’t last long though, not at Core Fitness.
