A calculated mix of cardio and weight training, you will find yourself always moving during a Core Fit session.

Beat the gym boredom and get ready to sweat. Our FIT sessions provide a unique combination of equipment and exercises with less of a focus on heavy strength training. You won’t see barbell exercises as often and will move in a circuit fashion; lighter weights with higher repetitions and less rest throughout the hour. This will challenge you unlike other programs will. Burn more calories through constant bursts of high intensity in one of our hour-long FIT sessions.

FIT routines are programmed in conjunction with RRR as an option to the Fitness Athlete workout for the day.
