Fitness Athlete Training Program

This training style is designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community, through coaching and scalability athletes of all ages and abilities can reap the benefits of being a Fitness Athlete. This is also what allows Fitness Athletes to progress, as they meet and then move beyond their fitness goals.

Does Core Fitness offer more than one program? Absolutely!

The Fitness Athlete training program at Core Fitness is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual – at any fitness level – regardless of experience.

We also offer F.I.T. (Functional Interval Training), the name says it all, and RRR (Regatta Reel Reach) which is a conditioning based focus keeping your heart rate elevated, calories burning and time spent improving your range of motion through flexibility training i.e. – stretching. One on one Personal Training is available as well.

We scale load(weight) and intensity(reps); instead of individualizing programs. You won’t have to lift weights beyond your level or perform movements beyond your skill set. We pride ourselves on working with people of all ability levels and the process of making them better. Furthermore, our target population is not specific to age or gender, instead we welcome anyone who is willing to work hard and keep an open mind to professional coaching in functional fitness.
